Perranporth’s “Tunes in the Dunes” is famous for its music, people & atmosphere.

And now it has been captured beautifully by artist John Dyer.

John Dyer is one of Cornwall’s most famous contemporary artists, who is well known for his bright colours and his ability to the essence and moment in his stunning landscapes. Though admittedly, he is not the biggest fan of live music, he is drawn to the atmosphere created by those who attend each year – the inspiration for his piece.

Tunes in the Dunes music festival takes place on Perranporth beach in the heat of summer. Using the golden sand dunes and glistening sea as a backdrop, this unique event can be enjoyed with food & drink from The Watering Hole.
