This morning saw over 150 people of all ages march through the streets of Liskeard, gathering on The Parade to demonstrate against what they called the ‘Tories catastrophic underfunding’ and the budget cuts to our NHS.

“The demonstration held by Rame & Torpoint Labour branch. There were several speakers including Jan MacFarlane, a local GP for more than 20 years & fierce campaigner for Keep our NHS public. Letters signed by local constituents were delivered to Sheryll Murray South East Cornwall MP’s office, demanding she listen and take action to Save our NHS.
