JKC Creative Marketing Under New Leadership – What’s Next?

JKC Creative Marketing has entered a new era as long-serving team members Cat Allen and Sarah Cave step into leadership roles as co-directors.

With a combined 30 years at the agency, Cat and Sarah are taking the reins following the retirement of John Knowles, who built JKC into one of the South West’s leading full-service marketing agencies over the past five decades.

“John has been the beating heart of JKC for decades,” said Cat. “We’ve been preparing for this moment for years under his guidance, and now we’re excited to take what we’ve learned and put our mark on the agency. Our focus is on continuing to deliver the high-quality service our clients expect while carefully growing the business without overextending.”

Sarah echoed this sentiment, describing the transition as both “a privilege and a challenge.” She added: “We want to make sure everyone — our team, and clients — gets the best out of this transition. The whole team should feel a part of shaping the agency’s future. We want to honour John’s work while bringing fresh ideas to the table.”

Strengthening Local Connections

Despite working with clients nationally and internationally, JKC has been based in Cornwall for more than 40 years – something Cat and Sarah want to highlight.

“JKC’s been working in Cornwall for more than 40 years, but not a lot of people know we’re here,” said Cat. “We’re keen to make JKC better known within the local community. You’ll see us at more local events, connecting with Cornish businesses and showing what we have to offer.”

With this fresh leadership, JKC Creative Marketing looks set to continue its strong reputation while making an even greater impact in Cornwall and beyond.
