DESCRIPTION:With only 1 week to go until November the 5th\, our team are gearing up ready for arguably the biggest display in Cornwall.The Joint Committee – Bodmin Fireworks\, are a team of volunteers from the Bodmin area. Our aim is to put on an affordable display so that families can enjoy our fireworks without the risks associated with having fireworks at home. The team are busy planning for the display in Priory Park\, Bodmin on Tuesday November the 5th.All profits from this display go back into local charity and community groups in and around the Bodmin area. Earlier this year\, nearly £6000 was given out to 31 various children’s and youth-based projects\, following last years display.Food stands at the display are run by local Scout groups and various stalls are run by other charity and community associations. We have a guy competition where our beneficiaries are invited to design and build a Guy for our bonfire. The winning 3 Guys win an additional donation to their group.Tickets are available to buy now from Martin & Budge Menswear by cash or card\, Bricknells Wadebridge\, Celtic Produce\, Spar shop in Lanivet and Morrisons Bodmin.Our team will be selling tickets in Morrisons on Monday and Tuesday in store.

DESCRIPTION:Pendowr Pump Track Grand Opening Saturday 26th October 10am – 2pm\n\n\n\nJoin us this Saturday for our Pendowr pump track grand opening\,\n\n\n\nWe have partnered with some great organisations to bring lots of free activities for everyone to get involved in!\n\n\n\nFusion Extreme will be providing amazing BMX stunt shows throughout the day with a commentator\, fusion fun zone and lots of giveaways!\n\n\n\nKBSK will be providing a special graffiti mural for everyone to get creative and mark the special day\, free mini blank skateboards (get down earlier\, only 30 available) and free skull paintings to take home.\n\n\n\nEngagement\, coaching\, demonstrations\, workshops from Dead Sailor BMX\, Bodmin Police\, Angel Trails and British Cycling South West & The Cornwall Bicycle Project CIC\n\n\n\nFood and drinks from Millie’s and Puffy Donuts!\n\n\n\nWe will also have a resident DJ keeping us all entertained throughout the day!\n\n\n\nCome and join for us for a day to remember!
