Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A387 Polperro Road near West Looe.

Officers were called to the scene at around 3.55pm on Thursday, 13th February, after reports of a crash involving a black Citroën C-Crosser and a yellow Iveco Daily van.

The driver of the Citroën, a 58-year-old local man, suffered serious injuries and is currently receiving treatment in hospital. His family are with him.

Road Closure and Investigation

The A387 Polperro Road was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene. Officers from the Roads Policing Team have thanked the public for their patience during the closure.
