Annual Exhibition Returns to Trenance Cottages

The Newquay Society of Artists will host their annual art exhibition and craft sale from Saturday 28th June to Sunday 6th July at Trenance Cottages, less than a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre.

With more than 20 local artists taking part, the exhibition promises a wide selection of original art, fine art greeting cards and handmade crafts. Visitors are invited to browse the artwork, vote for their favourite, and chat with the artists who will be stewarding the exhibition throughout the week.

The exhibition is not just about viewing art. It’s a chance to pick up something unique, made right here in Cornwall. From original paintings to hand-crafted gifts, it’s an ideal place to shop local and support Newquay’s creative community.

Make a Day of It at Trenance Gardens

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Trenance Gardens, the event offers more than just art. Visitors can explore the Trenance Heritage Cottages Museum, enjoy a coffee and cake in the garden café, and take a stroll through the gardens.

More Than Just a Summer Show

While the summer exhibition is a highlight, the Newquay Society of Artists is active all year. They also run Tuesday artist demonstrations and a Wednesday painting group during the winter season, providing opportunities for like-minded artists to connect and stay inspired.
