Police Appeal to Find Missing Man from Newquay
Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a 65-year-old man who has gone missing from the Newquay area.
Last Seen at Porth Beach
Gregory was last seen at around 8am on Tuesday 16th September when he left home to go fishing at Porth Beach. He was travelling on foot.
He is described as a white male, who speaks Russian. He is around 6ft 1ins tall with short grey hair. He may have been wearing a red zipped up hoody, jeans and carrying a fishing rod and backpack.
Searches Ongoing
Searches have been ongoing overnight in the Newquay area, including Porth and Trevelgue Headland, supported by the Coastguard.
Police Appeal
Police are urging anyone who sees Gregory, or who knows of his whereabouts, to contact them immediately.
Anyone with information is asked to call 999 quoting log 673 16/09/25.
Police Update | Missing man, Newquay
The body of a man has been located during searches for a missing man in the Porth area this morning.
Formal identification is yet to take place but the family of Gregory, 65, have been informed of this development.
