Cockwells Builds Bespoke Limousine Tender for Yntegra Group’s Rosewood Exuma

Yntegra Group, the Miami-based developer behind Rosewood Exuma, has turned to Cornwall for craftsmanship in its latest move to redefine luxury. The company has commissioned Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding, based at Mylor Creek near Falmouth, to create a bespoke 13m Limousine Tender that will transform the way guests arrive at its private-island destination in the Bahamas.

A floating sanctuary at sea

The vessel, inspired by superyacht design, aims to deliver what Yntegra describes as an unforgettable arrival experience. CEO Felipe MacLean explained:

“Redefining luxury means transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences. Whether you’re playing padel or arriving at a destination, true luxury lies in making each moment feel exceptional. Our collaboration with Cockwells brings this vision to life – delivering a vessel that is more than transportation. It’s a seamless, elevated journey and a natural extension of the destination itself.”

The tender combines marine engineering with handcrafted interiors featuring soft leathers, natural fibres, reclining VIP seating, mood lighting and a champagne refrigerator. Technological features include climate controls, a Seakeeper stabiliser, smart helm controls and twin 370hp Yanmar engines, allowing it to reach speeds of up to 32 knots.

Cockwells’ craftsmanship on the global stage

Cockwells’ Founder and Executive Chairman, Dave Cockwell, said the commission reflects the company’s expertise and reputation for detail:

“This vessel synthesises the sumptuous styling, technological ingenuity and attention to detail that we are known for. We are proud to build marine excellence and decades of nautical expertise into the realm of high-end hospitality and create a new concept that transforms a water-to-shore transfer into a treasured memory, which wholly reflects the destination’s philosophy and innate sense of place.”

The tender, based on Cockwells’ fuel-efficient Duchy 35 hull, will seat 12 passengers and 2 crew. It is already under construction and set to launch in August 2026.

A global showcase in Monaco

A scale model of the tender will be displayed at Stand QJ3 during the Tender Show at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, which runs from 24th to 27th September. Cockwells’ team will also be present to share updates and discuss new commissions.
