Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust launches Care to Share feedback platform

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) has launched Care to Share, a new platform designed to make it easier for patients, service users, families and carers to provide feedback.

The service is now live and can be accessed through the RCHT website or by scanning QR codes displayed across hospitals.

A new way to be heard

Care to Share allows people to share their experiences directly with RCHT and its departments. Whether it’s praise for excellent treatment, a suggestion for improvement, or a moment that made a difference, the platform is designed to ensure that feedback shapes the future of healthcare in Cornwall.

Megan Nicholls, Patient Engagement Manager, said:

“Care to Share is more than a feedback tool, it’s a way for patients to feel truly heard. Every story submitted is read, acknowledged, and responded to with care. We’re committed to making sure that every voice helps shape the future of our services.”

Bernadette George, Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions, added:

“Listening to our patients is central to compassionate, high-quality care. This platform gives us a direct line to the experiences that matter most, helping us celebrate what we do well and learn where we can do better. It’s a vital step in building trust and improving care across RCHT.”
