Speed Checks Target Cornwall This Week: Police Reveal Focus Areas
Drivers across Cornwall are being urged to stick to the speed limit as the Devon & Cornwall Police Road Safety Team focuses its enforcement efforts in several key areas this week.

Where Police Will Be This Week
The team has confirmed their targeted areas for each day as follows:

Monday: St Austell/Clays, Plymouth, North Devon, West Devon, Mid Devon, East Devon

Tuesday: South Hams, North Devon, Exeter, Mid and East Devon, Torbay

Wednesday: North Cornwall, Plymouth, East Devon, Exeter, Crediton and Tiverton

Thursday: South East Cornwall, West Devon, Exeter, East Devon, Torbay

Friday: North Devon, Torbay

Saturday: Camborne/Redruth, North Devon, Teignbridge

Sunday: Mid Cornwall/Truro, North Devon, South Hams
Drivers Warned to Stay Alert
Police say there may also be additional enforcement activity in other areas. Motorists are being reminded to drive in accordance with the speed limits wherever they are.
The Road Safety Team’s weekly focus is part of ongoing work to reduce speeding and improve safety across the region’s roads.
