Chair Yoga Returns to Oddfellows Hall for December Session

Monthly chair yoga sessions at Oddfellows Hall in Redruth are coming to a close for the year, with the final class set for Monday 15th December 2025 at 10.30am.

Final Session of 2025

The last class will run for an hour and will be led by qualified instructor Chrissie, who has previously delivered yoga sessions for the NHS and community groups. After the session, attendees can enjoy Christmas nibbles to mark the end of the year.

What the Classes Offer

These sessions focus on gentle, chair-based movements that support flexibility, strength and relaxation. They are suitable for complete beginners as well as people with yoga experience, with everything designed to be accessible and steady-paced.

Who Can Take Part

Oddfellows members can attend the classes for free. Guests and non-members are welcome for a small fee, with contributions going to the Oddfellows charity fund to support local community causes.
