Free Parking and Double Stamps Announced for Camborne’s Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday is returning to Camborne on 6th December, bringing double loyalty card stamps and free parking for shoppers.

Double Stamps for Every Purchase

People spending £2 or more in participating businesses will receive double stamps on their BID Camborne loyalty cards. Once ten stamps are collected, cards can be entered into a monthly draw for prizes of £100, £75 and £50. There is no limit to how many completed cards shoppers can submit.

Anna Pascoe, BID Camborne Manager, said the scheme has taken off since its launch in 2022.
“The card has proved extremely popular with tens of thousands of transactions recorded since it was first introduced,” said Anna.

She added that shoppers only need to use their loyalty card as normal on Saturday and check the newspaper article or social media post linked to the offer.

Free Parking Backed by Cornwall Council

Cornwall Council has funded free parking for the day at Camborne’s Rosewarne long and short stay car parks, making it easier for people to visit the town centre.

A Chance to Shop, Eat and Enjoy the Festive Atmosphere

Anna highlighted the range of independent businesses in Camborne and said the day offers a chance to pick up Christmas presents, visit the Christmas tree festival at Camborne Parish Church and enjoy festive food and drink at local restaurants and cafes.

“The town centre is looking very bright and beautiful with its festive lights, tree and amazing window displays. And a warm Camborne welcome is always guaranteed,” said Anna.
