Free Tree Giveaway Taking Place in Redruth on 14th February
Residents in Redruth will have the chance to pick up a free tree this weekend, with a giveaway taking place in the town centre.
Where and when
Forest for Cornwall is hosting the event on Saturday 14th February, with its Forest for Cornwall team based at Market Way and Redruth Library.
The giveaway will run from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
What trees are available
People attending will be able to choose from a range of tree types, including:

Dogwood
-
Hazel
-
Rowan
-
Crab apple
-
Hawthorn
-
Guelder rose
Each tree will be provided with an information card offering guidance on planting and caring for it at home.
The event is open to anyone who would like a free tree for their garden and will take place in Redruth.
