A much-loved village pantomime group is preparing to bring a touch of fairy tale magic to Tregony next week, but behind the scenes there’s a serious effort to keep the show on the road.

The Tregony Clockhouse Players will stage The Magical Tale of Snow White from 18th to 21st February 2026 at Tregony Village Hall, Back Lane, Tregony, Truro TR2 5RP, promising everything audiences expect from a traditional panto while also appealing for local support.

A Community Cast Aged 5 to 70+

The Tregony Clockhouse Players is a self-funded, family-friendly community group made up of members aged from just five years old through to 70 plus.

What sets the group apart is the inclusive and supportive environment it has built over the years. Members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, brought together by a shared love of theatre and community spirit.

For many involved, the group represents more than simply putting on a performance. It offers friendship, confidence building and a sense of belonging within the village.

Snow White Brings Classic Panto Magic

This year’s production of The Magical Tale of Snow White promises fantastic scenery, colourful costumes and impressive special effects. There will also be plenty of laughter, along with the classic cheeky pantomime dame humour audiences know and love.

Organisers say the show remains thoroughly family friendly and suitable for all ages.

Fundraising Challenges This Year

Like many small community groups, the Tregony Clockhouse Players have faced fundraising challenges this year following the cancellation of some events, so grab your tickets and let your friends know about this production.

Anyone interested in finding out more, attending the production, or supporting the group can visit the Tregony Clockhouse Players website for further details.

With opening night approaching, the stage is set. Now it’s over to Tregony to help keep the magic alive.
