Cave Activity Bar Announces New Activities in Newquay
Cave Activity Bar in the heart of Newquay has announced the launch of four new experiences, officially opened on 28th February 2026.
Already known for interactive darts, shuffleboard, pool and more, Cave is expanding its offer with Axe Throwing, Interactive Mini Golf, a Private Karaoke Room and an immersive VRcave Escape Room. The expansion significantly increases the variety of experiences available in Cornwall.

Four New Experiences Confirmed
Visitors will now be able to book:
• Axe Throwing, described as fast paced competitive fun on dedicated lanes where players test their skill and precision in a safe, social setting.
• Interactive Mini Golf, a cutting edge twist on classic mini golf featuring projection mapped lanes and automated scoring.
• Private Karaoke Room, offering high quality audio, a huge song library and private spaces for groups of up to 12.
• VRcave Escape Room, immersive virtual reality powered escape experiences packed with puzzles, teamwork and adventure.
Cave Activity Bar says it is the only venue in Cornwall and Devon offering VRcave Escape Rooms, delivering fully immersive virtual reality adventures where players are transported into thrilling worlds and team based challenges.
The new Interactive Mini Golf experience, built with projection mapped technology and automated scoring, is described as one of the only experiences of its kind in the South West.
Building on Its Reputation
These new attractions complement Cave’s existing activities, including Interactive Darts, Shuffleboard, Pool, a Golf Simulator and more, further strengthening its reputation as one of Cornwall’s leading competitive social venues.

Bookings for all new activities are open now, ahead of the official launch on 28th February 2026.
