Grey Skies Ahead: What Cornwall’s Weather Has in Store
A mostly cloudy spell is expected across the South West from Friday 6th March through to Tuesday 10th March, with patchy rain at times and only limited sunny breaks.

Friday 6th March
Today will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain moving through at times. The rain is expected to be mainly light and patchy, with eastern areas of the region more likely to see damp conditions.
West Cornwall is likely to see the best chance of brighter weather, where some sunnier breaks could develop. It will feel colder than Thursday, with a maximum temperature of 10°C.
Friday Night
Cloudy conditions will continue into the evening and overnight. Further rain is expected at times, mainly across eastern areas.
Where any breaks in the cloud occur it will turn chilly, and there could be a few patches of fog developing. The overnight minimum temperature is expected to fall to 5°C.
Saturday 7th March
Saturday morning is expected to stay largely cloudy, with some light rain possible in places, particularly in the east.
During the afternoon the cloud may begin to break, allowing some sunshine to appear. It should feel slightly milder compared with Friday, with temperatures reaching a maximum of 12°C.

Outlook for Sunday 8th March to Tuesday 10th March
Cloudy conditions are expected to continue into the start of next week.
It will be mostly dry across the region, although some showery rain may occur at times. Where the cloud breaks and the sun appears, it will feel mild.
