Grey Skies Ahead? Here’s What The Week’s Weather Has In Store
People across the South West of England can expect a run of cloudy conditions with patchy rain over the coming days, according to the latest forecast covering Sunday 8th March to Thursday 12th March.
While there may be a few brighter moments at times, unsettled weather and increasing winds are expected to feature as the week progresses.

Sunday 8th March
Today looks set to remain largely cloudy, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle where the cloud thickens. Low cloud is also expected to bring some fog around hills and along southern coasts.
There may be a few brighter glimmers during the afternoon, particularly in eastern areas. Temperatures are forecast to reach a maximum of 13°C.
Sunday Night
Low cloud will continue overnight, bringing showery outbreaks of rain. Fog is also expected to form over the hills.
Despite the damp and cloudy conditions, temperatures are expected to stay frost free under the blanket of cloud, with a minimum temperature of 7°C.
Monday 9th March
Monday is expected to start cloudy and grey, with some showery outbreaks of rain. Conditions may improve slightly later in the day, especially in eastern areas where skies are expected to brighten with hazy spells of sunshine.
Temperatures could reach a maximum of 15°C.

Outlook For Tuesday To Thursday
Looking ahead to the middle of the week, Tuesday is forecast to bring patchy cloud with sunny spells and the odd shower.
Conditions are expected to become increasingly windy from Wednesday onwards, with spells of rain and scattered showers. Brighter intervals are also possible at times, with temperatures remaining near normal for the time of year.
