Lappa Valley to Host Free Duck Racing Over Easter Weekend
Lappa Valley is set to bring back its unusual take on duck racing over the Easter weekend, with a series of free events planned on its Boating Lake.
Taking place from 3rd to 6th April, the races promise a twist on the traditional format, with a large group of yellow ducks and an unpredictable element added into the mix.

A Different Kind of Race
According to the press release, the event will feature “a whole flock of yellow ducks” alongside “one man in waders armed with a leaf blower”. The combination is expected to create a race where the outcome is far from certain.
The races are free to take part in, and visitors are invited to get involved across the four-day Easter weekend.
Prizes on Offer
Winners of the races will receive ice cream vouchers, adding an extra incentive for those taking part.
Further details about the event and the venue can be found on the official Lappa Valley website: https://www.lappavalley.co.uk/.
The races run from 3rd to 6th April.
