Truro City Council Announces 2026 Summer Bandstand Concert Series
Free Sunday Concerts Return to Truro Gardens This May
Truro City Council has confirmed the return of its Summer Bandstand Concert series for 2026, with free weekly performances set to take place in Victoria Gardens from Sunday 3rd May.
Running through to Sunday 27th September, the concerts will form part of the Council’s annual events programme, offering live music in a relaxed outdoor setting for both residents and visitors.

Free live music every Sunday
Concerts will take place every Sunday afternoon between 14.30 and 16.00, with no booking required. The performances are open to all ages and aim to provide an accessible way to enjoy local music across the summer months.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own chairs for seating while enjoying the performances in the gardens.

Refreshments and facilities
Pollen, located next to the Bandstand in Victoria Gardens, will be open daily throughout the season, offering refreshments and treats for visitors during the concerts.
Weather warning for attendees
The council has advised that all concerts are weather dependent. In cases of poor weather, Victoria Gardens and Pollen may close, which would result in cancellations for that day. Updates will be shared ahead of time.
