New Ferry Link Set to Transform Travel Between Saltash and Plymouth

Saltash is set to gain a new transport connection from Wednesday 1st April, as Plymouth Boat Trips launches the Waterlink Ferry service.

Announced by Saltash Town Council, the new route will connect The Barbican, Royal William Yard and Saltash, offering a direct link between Devon and Southeast Cornwall.

A New Way to Travel

The Waterlink Ferry is expected to provide an alternative option for those commuting, visiting friends, or planning a day out. The service is described as a greener and more scenic way to travel between the two areas.

By linking key waterfront locations, the route aims to make journeys between Plymouth and Saltash more accessible.

What Passengers Can Expect

New signage featuring route maps and timetables will be installed at the marina to help passengers plan their journeys.
