Make the Most of Saturday
It’s a chilly start this morning, but clear skies mean the sunshine arrives early. A bit of cloud may build up through the afternoon, though it should stay dry throughout. Temperatures are sitting around the seasonal average, so it’s not quite t-shirt weather, but it’s a good day to get outside.
Once the sun goes down, temperatures will drop sharply, dipping to around 4°C overnight. Clear skies may bring a few patches of mist and fog by morning, so worth bearing in mind if you’re out early on Sunday.
Sunday Looks Decent Too
Any overnight mist or fog should clear fairly quickly on Sunday morning, with dry conditions and sunny spells expected to start the day. Cloud is likely to build through the afternoon, particularly in the east of the region, but it remains a reasonable day overall. Temperatures again reaching 16°C.
Cloudier Spell Ahead
The start of the working week brings a change in the picture. Monday through to Wednesday looks largely cloudy with showers possible at times, though some brighter spells are also likely, especially in the west. It will also turn windier at times, particularly over the Moors, so if you’re heading out into open country early next week, it’s worth keeping an eye on conditions.
