UK’s Biggest Inflatable Obstacle Course Coming to Wadebridge
Over 1,000ft of climbing walls, slides and tunnels. And that’s before you get to the bouncy castle the size of a football pitch.
The UK’s biggest inflatable obstacle course is coming to Cornwall this summer, and it’s bringing a record-breaking friend along for the ride.
The Labyrinth Challenge will set up at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre in Wadebridge on the 20th and 21st of June, part of a 10th anniversary tour rolling across the country. The course spans more than 1,000ft with over 34 obstacles across five zones, including climbing walls, slides and tunnels. It’s billed as a test of skill and stamina for people of all ages.
The attraction is owned by Simply The Best Events, a company that runs corporate entertainment, business events and private parties across the UK. To mark a decade of the Challenge, they’re taking it on tour this summer.

The world’s biggest bouncy castle is coming too
Here’s the part that has people talking. The tour also features the world’s biggest bouncy castle, recently picked up by the company. It covers 9,000 sq ft, which the organisers say dwarfs traditional inflatables.
The tour kicked off in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, in May. Cornwall is the next stop.
How it works
You can pre-book one hour time slots and work your way through the Challenge as many times as you like within that window. Children can join in, and anyone under 1.2m tall needs to be accompanied by an adult.
There are also SEN friendly sessions on the programme, with reduced numbers and low music.
And for the grown-ups, most venues are running 80s-themed adults-only events after hours on the Saturday. Fancy dress is, in the organisers’ words, absolutely encouraged.
Parking is free at each venue, there are refreshments available, and spectators can watch for free. Corporate hire for both the Challenge course and the bouncy castle is also on offer at Wadebridge on Friday the 19th of June, for groups of between 50 and 2,000 people.
What the organisers say
Tour Director Darren Berry said: “This 10th anniversary tour has been months in the making and our first event in Haywards Heath was a huge success. When we previously brought the Labyrinth Challenge to Cornwall, people absolutely loved it, and this time it’s even bigger and better – plus we’ve got the world’s biggest bouncy castle too.
“We’ve made the Labyrinth Challenge Tour as appealing and accessible to as many people as possible, because we really love to see everyone having the chance to get involved and help mark its 10th birthday.
“The Labyrinth Challenge has entertained hundreds of thousands of people in the last decade, and we can’t wait to see the people of Cornwall join in with our celebrations, and enjoy a great family day out.”

Booking and tour dates
Tickets for the Challenge and the World’s Biggest Bouncy Castle are available through the Eventbrite page for the Cornwall dates, including combination tickets to do both in one visit.
Spaces are limited and run on a first come first served basis. There may be a limited number of tickets on the day, but they aren’t guaranteed and will cost more, so booking ahead is the safer bet.
After Cornwall, the tour heads to six other locations across the UK this summer, taking in Staffordshire, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Somerset and the Midlands.
