Three Nights of Closures Coming to Key Penryn Road in June
Drivers who rely on the B3292 between Treluswell and Penryn are about to lose it for three nights running.
Cornwall Council has confirmed overnight maintenance works on the route, taking place from Monday 8th June to Wednesday 10th June. The road will be closed each night from 7:00pm through to 6:00am the following morning.

What’s happening and where
The works are being carried out in three sections, with a different stretch tackled each night.
On Monday 8th June, crews will be working between Treluswell and the Browns Hill turning. Tuesday 9th June moves the operation along to the section between Browns Hill turning and Quay Hill. The final night, Wednesday 10th June, covers Quay Hill through to the Falmouth Road roundabout.
Diversions and access
Full road closures will be in place overnight while the work goes ahead. Signed diversion routes will be set up, and the council is asking drivers to follow them rather than trying to find their own way around.
Bus services will be allowed through the works at low speed, and emergency access will be maintained throughout.
Anyone with questions about the works can contact Cornwall Council on [email protected].
