Police Appeal After Van and Motorbike Crash in Pool, near Redruth
A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash on a back lane in Pool late on Sunday night.
Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for witnesses and footage after a van collided with a motorcycle on an access lane that runs between Station Road and Dudnance Lane.

What happened
Officers were called at around 9.55pm on Sunday 28 June following a report of the collision.
It involved a grey Mercedes Sprinter panel van, used for Amazon deliveries, and a blue Honda NSC pizza delivery motorcycle. The rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed while collision investigators carried out their work. The rider’s next of kin have been informed.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw what happened or has footage of the collision and has not yet spoken to officers.
