Four men charged after alleged early-hours robbery in St Austell
It happened while most of St Austell was asleep. Within a day, four men had been charged.
Police have charged four men with robbery following an incident in the town in the early hours of Sunday (27 September).

Who has been charged
The four men charged are:
- Kieran Leverett, 42, of Blowing House Close, St Austell
- Christopher Pearce, 37, of Truro Road, St Austell
- Ashley Pearce, 36, of no fixed abode
- Michael Stringer, 37, of no fixed abode
Each of them faces a charge of robbery.
Court appearance
Kieran, Christopher, Ashley and Michael have all been remanded to appear before Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on Monday 28 September.
No further details of the incident have been released by police at this stage.
