A start made at Tredanek Meadow
The Bodmin Tidy it Team has begun work at Tredanek Meadow, with a morning spent planting, weeding and pruning back.
Gilly, who posted the update for the group, thanked Debs “for some lovely plants” and everyone who turned up to help: Debby, Issy, Trish, Steve, Angie and Tom.
It was only a beginning. “There’s loads more to do,” Gilly wrote.
Who they are looking for
The invitation is a broad one. Gilly is asking people to come along if they like gardening, being outside and having a chat. No experience is needed.
When the next session is
Gilly will be back at Tredanek Meadow next Tuesday (13 October) at 10.30am.
There is one condition, and it is the weather. If it is pouring with rain, the session will be cancelled.
“I’ll be there again next Tuesday morning,” Gilly wrote, “and would love some company!”
