One home left at Saltash’s Treledan, with £11,000 on the table
If you’ve been eyeing a first home on the edge of Saltash, the window at one development is about to close for good.
Barratt Bristol’s Treledan has just one home left for sale. Since launching in 2022 it has sold 344 private homes, drawing in first-time buyers, downsizers and families. In total it has delivered 387 homes for the community, including affordable housing.

The last home for sale
The final plot is Barratt’s two-bedroom Denford, available from £237,500.
Downstairs, the kitchen, dining and living area is open plan, with double French doors leading out to the garden. Plenty of light comes in, and it makes a good space for having people over. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, and the main one has plenty of built-in storage.
The house also has energy-saving features built in, including photovoltaic solar panels designed to bring bills down for whoever moves in. Full details are on the Barratt Homes Treledan page.
£11,000 towards the deposit
To help buyers get onto the property ladder, Barratt is offering £11,000 towards the deposit on this plot.
Where Treledan is
Treledan sits on the outskirts of Saltash, with the Tamar Valley, shops and schools all within easy reach. Saltash train station is two miles away and connects commuters to Plymouth. There’s a play area around the corner and Ofsted Outstanding schools nearby.

“Hard to believe”
Richard Lawson, Sales Director for Barratt Bristol, said: “It has been fantastic to witness the community flourish here at our Treledan development, which has proved popular since its opening. It’s hard to believe we’re down to the last home already!
“Since launching in 2022, we are proud to have provided homes that allow our buyers to enjoy the benefits of eco-friendly living, helping them live more sustainably with lower bills.
“We look forward to witnessing the development continue to blossom as residents move into the final homes. We expect our final plot will be snapped up quickly and encourage anyone looking for their new home to visit!”
