Boardmasters, Cornwall’s premier surf and music festival, has unveiled its highly anticipated second wave of artists for the Boardmasters 2024 lineup, featuring Sam Fender as the final headliner. Celebrated for his electrifying performances, Sam Fender’s addition marks a significant moment for the festival, as he has been one of the most requested and rumoured artists to headline. His upcoming performance on the Main Stage is expected to be a highlight of the festival, taking place from August 7-11 across the iconic locations of Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach in Newquay.

Sam Fender, who first graced the Boardmasters stage in 2014, has since risen to become one of Britain’s most successful musicians. His albums, including the critically acclaimed “Seventeen Going Under,” have catapulted him to international fame, earning him a series of prestigious awards. His return to Boardmasters in 2024 is particularly poignant, marking exactly ten years since his debut at the festival.

Joining Sam Fender in the lineup are previously announced headliners Stormzy and Chase & Status (Live), alongside a diverse array of talents such as Becky Hill, Bicep, Nia Archives, Tom Odell, Andy C, and Eliza Rose, among others. The festival is also set to welcome Manchester’s Courteeners, Declan McKenna, Overmono, Kate Nash, Wunderhorse, and many more, adding to an already stellar lineup.

With final tier camping tickets selling fast, fans are urged to secure their spots at what promises to be an unforgettable festival experience. The last remaining weekend camping tickets are available, with a day ticket presale also open for those looking to catch their favorite artists.

In addition to the music, Boardmasters offers a wide range of activities, including surf lessons, kayaking tours, and new high-speed boat rides, among others. The festival also caters to wellness enthusiasts with Zennor Haven, offering sound baths, wellness discussions, and massages. The entertainment extends to outdoor gyms, pop-up cinemas, and a variety of food and drink options, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

The festival’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its partnership with Big Green Coach, providing carbon-neutral travel options from over 80 locations across the UK, including special weekend services from Newcastle, Dalton Park, and Middlesbrough.

As Boardmasters continues to grow, the addition of Sam Fender to the 2024 lineup solidifies its status as a must-attend event, blending the best of music, surf, and culture in Cornwall’s breathtaking landscape.
