Another Big Cleanup in Bodmin

The Bodmin Tidy It Team has been hard at work again, collecting an impressive amount of rubbish during their latest litter pick. Starting from Foxglove Road, the group gathered nine bags of recycling and 18 bags of rubbish, along with other larger discarded items.

The running total for their efforts has now reached 172 bags, showing the huge impact they’re having on keeping Bodmin clean.

Community Spirit in Action

The team, made up of Paul, Max, Tom, Nigel, Sue, Jeremy, Ros, Ed, Andy, Steve, Trish, Gary, Roger, and Linda, came together not just to tidy up but to enjoy the work and share a few laughs along the way.

Special thanks were given to Max for bringing along extra rubbish and Claire for collecting two more bags near Asda.

In a boost to their efforts, they were also donated another trolley, which was already overflowing by the morning’s end—thanks to the Bodmin Arcade Traders.

How You Can Get Involved

Want to help make Bodmin cleaner? The team welcomes new volunteers, and their next litter pick is happening on Wednesday, 12th February at 10am, meeting at Asda’s car park.

If you’d like to make a difference, why not join in? It’s a great way to help the community, meet new people, and keep Bodmin looking its best.
