Detectives searching for a missing man in Boscastle have issued a further appeal to help trace two dog walkers who may be able to assist with the investigation.
Further appeal in Boscastle search
Alexander Key, aged 37, has been reported missing from the Boscastle area.
CCTV images show Alexander at 3.25pm on Saturday 24th January walking past the Wellington Pub on Old Road. He was heading in the direction of Boscastle Harbour towards the River Valency.
A short time later, a couple walking dogs were captured on CCTV walking in the opposite direction to the route Alexander was last seen travelling. Officers believe the pair may be able to help establish whether they saw Alexander as they passed.
Description of Alexander
Alexander is described as being 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with bright peroxide blonde hair. He normally wears bright coloured clothing.
In the most recent image of him, Alexander is wearing a distinctive red shirt, a blue anorak or waterproof, and black trainers.
How to help police
Police are asking the two people shown in the CCTV images, or anyone who can help identify them, to call 999 immediately, quoting log number 847 of 24/1/26.
Detectives are also keen to hear from anyone who may have relevant information and has not yet spoken to police.
