Under 30 and Making Waves? Cornwall Awards Now Open

Applications are now open for the 2026 30 Under 30 awards run by Cornwall Chamber of Commerce.

The awards are designed to recognise people aged 30 or under who are living and working in Cornwall and who are going beyond simply doing their job.

Who can apply or be nominated

Anyone who is employed or self employed in Cornwall, and who is aged 30 or under on 18th March 2026, is eligible. People can nominate someone they work with, live with or know personally. Self nominations are also welcomed.

What the judges are looking for

Applications should focus on key achievements and what makes the individual stand out. The Chamber is looking for people who go the extra mile, including those showing exceptional commitment to community, charity or sustainability goals.

Those nominating someone else are asked to explain why the individual is a valuable asset to their organisation and what they have implemented, challenged or improved. Self nominees are encouraged to be proud of their achievements.

Key dates to know

The deadline for applications is Friday 13th March.
Shortlisting will take place on 18th March, with shortlisted applicants notified by 23rd March.

All shortlisted nominees will be invited to the awards event on Friday 8th May, where the winners will be announced.
