Record-breaking customer satisfaction

Barratt Homes, the housebuilder currently behind new developments at Pen Bethan in Falmouth and Treledan in Saltash, has once again been rated 5 stars for customer satisfaction – for an incredible 16th year in a row.

The accolade comes from the Home Builders Federation’s (HBF) annual New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey – one of the biggest of its kind in the UK, with around 50,000 new build buyers taking part each year.

To achieve a 5-star rating, more than 90% of customers must say they would recommend the housebuilder to a friend. Barratt Homes has hit that mark every year since the survey began, a feat no other housebuilder has matched.

Celebrating the milestone

To mark the achievement, Barratt Redrow – the parent company of Barratt Homes – is donating £25,000 to the Construction Youth Trust to support young people pursuing careers in construction and the built environment.

The new 5-star rating comes on the heels of another accolade for the housebuilder. Site managers at Barratt David Wilson Homes recently scooped 89 NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards – more than any other builder, for the 20th year running. Often dubbed the ‘Oscars’ of the building world, the awards saw over 11,000 site managers entered.

These results are a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire home-building workforce, from on-site teams to the boardroom.”
