Cornwall Hospice Care’s Coast and Clay Sportive 2024 Welcomes Back Both Clive Mitchell Cycles and Suez as Sponsors
The Coast and Clay Sportive 2024, organised by Cornwall Hospice Care, is set to be an even more exciting event this year with the return of two major sponsors. Clive Mitchell Cycles, as the Title Sponsor, is joined by Suez, who are returning as the Event Sponsor for the fourth consecutive year.
Clive Mitchell Cycles, the premier Cornish bike store, has been a vital part of the Sportive for several years. They are set to provide crucial mechanical support at the Event HQ in Padstow and at their Summercourt shop, which will also house a feed station for participants. Enhancing their support this year, Clive Mitchell Cycles has generously donated a £1000 voucher as a prize, encouraging participants to raise funds for Cornwall Hospice Care, with each £1 raised acting as an entry into the draw.
Equally exciting is the continued partnership with Suez, reaffirming their commitment to the event and the community for the fourth year. Suez’s involvement goes beyond financial support, as they actively participate in the event. A team of Suez cyclists is expected to enter the sportive, bringing an added level of camaraderie and competition to the event. Furthermore, Suez will be a familiar presence at the Mount Edgcumbe Feed station, providing much-needed support and nourishment to the participants tackling the Extreme Route.
The collaboration of these two sponsors highlights the community and corporate support that is vital for the success of such charitable events. The Coast and Clay Sportive is not just a test of endurance for cycling enthusiasts but also a significant opportunity to raise funds for Cornwall Hospice Care, an organisation dedicated to providing specialised care for those facing terminal illnesses.
This year’s Sportive promises to be a well-supported event, thanks to the involvement of Clive Mitchell Cycles and Suez. Their contributions are set to enhance the experience for all participants, whether they are competing, contributing to a noble cause, or simply enjoying the camaraderie of the cycling community.
Participants interested in joining this exciting event, supporting a great cause, and standing a chance to win the generous £1000 voucher can find more information and register at cornwallhospicecare.co.uk.
