Christmas Magic Arrives at Cardinham Woods With New Stick Man Trail

Families heading to Cardinham Woods can now join Stick Man for a festive outdoor adventure, as a brand new Christmas trail opens for the season. The trail is running from now until 4th January.

A Wintry Walk With Stick Man

The special Christmas trail invites families to team up with Stick Man and Santa as they deliver the final present. Along the way, young explorers can search for hidden letters and enjoy wintry activities designed to bring the story outdoors.

Families can create special memories through interactive activities and seasonal discoveries, while learning how trees and animals adapt to the colder months. It’s fantastic to see how Stick Man inspires families to explore the forest together.”

Trail Packs and Activities

To add to the fun, families can buy a Christmas trail pack for £4, available Sunday to Thursday. The pack includes a colour-in A5 envelope, a Christmas trail leaflet, festive stickers, a pencil, a magic reveal lens to uncover hidden letters, and a wooden Stick Man keyring.

As families follow the trail panels, they can take part in a scavenger hunt, uncover more hidden letters, and learn interesting facts about how woodland wildlife prepares for winter.

A Long Running Partnership

The Christmas trail continues the partnership between Forestry England and Magic Light Pictures, which began in 2014 and brings Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s characters to life in natural settings.
