New Scribbles Crew Series Aims to Transform How Kids Handle Big Feelings
A new children’s book series designed to help young readers understand and talk about their emotions has launched today, Thursday 12th February 2026, to coincide with Children’s Mental Health Week in the UK.
Created by multi-award-winning children’s mental health expert Channon Gray, The Scribbles Crew uses colourful illustrations and simple, practical strategies to support children both at home and in the classroom.
Helping Children Navigate Emotions
Each book in the series focuses on a different emotion, including confidence, happiness, calmness, sadness, worry and anger. The aim is to give children tools to better understand and manage their feelings, while also supporting the development of self-awareness, empathy, resilience and self-regulation.
Alongside the books themselves, the series provides resources for parents, carers and teachers, offering support for emotional wellbeing in homes and schools.
