Wadebridge is set to host the inaugural screening of “Power To The People,” a compelling new film that delves into Cornwall’s energy prospects and its transition from fossil fuels.
The premiere will take place at the Regal cinema on Thursday, 25th April, featuring a thought-provoking panel discussion with expert contributors from the film.

Presented by Lucy Cotton, a Cornish surfer and geologist, “Power To The People” addresses the significant challenges and promising opportunities that lie ahead in Cornwall’s journey towards a sustainable energy future. The film aims to educate and inspire its audience by exploring both the immense difficulties and the innovative solutions in the realm of renewable energy.

This session will feature Chris and Simon from the Wadebridge Renewable Energy Network (WREN), Guy Cashmore, a specialist in ground source heat pumps from Kensa, and Tim from the charity Community Energy Plus.
