A Much Loved Dad and Colleague

Paul Ryan died on Tuesday 2nd December 2025 after his battle with cancer. He was 46. Paul leaves behind his wife Elise and their three children, Alek, 18, Connor, 11, and Arya, 8.

Paul and his family lived in Grampound Road for the last nine years. He most recently worked at the St Ewe Eggs depot in the village. In the tribute shared, Paul was remembered as jolly, positive and someone who always had time to walk his children to the local primary school, greeting anyone he passed with a smile.

Tribute from St Ewe Eggs

Paul’s employer, St Ewe Eggs, also paid their respects. The managing director said:

“Paul was one of the most positive and friendly members of our team, and it was a true privilege to have him as part of the St Ewe family for so many years. I’ll always remember our conversations about music and his unwavering passion for Liverpool FC, they captured his energy, humour, and warmth perfectly.

“Above all, Paul was a devoted and loving father, and his kindness touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be dearly missed by all of us.
Martin.”

Fundraiser for the Family

A fundraiser has been set up to help Paul’s family with unexpected funeral costs and, if possible, to buy a few extra Christmas presents for the children. Anyone wishing to support the appeal can visit the GoFundMe page.
