Exciting New Arrival for East Cornwall Search & Rescue Team: Bodmin Mobile 1
The East Cornwall Search & Rescue Team (ECSRT) is thrilled to announce the arrival of their new control van, aptly named Bodmin Mobile 1. This acquisition marks a significant enhancement to the team’s operational capabilities, enabling them to better serve the community in their vital search and rescue missions.
A Two-Year Effort Comes to Fruition
Over the past two years, the dedicated efforts of ECSRT’s vehicle officer and team members have culminated in the successful sourcing and securing of Bodmin Mobile 1. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and perseverance of the team, who have been tirelessly working towards this goal.
Generous Donation from Front Line Emergency Equipment Trust
In 2022, ECSRT received a generous donation which made the purchase of the new vehicle possible. This substantial contribution came from the Front Line Emergency Equipment Trust, a charity that supports various emergency service initiatives. The team extends their heartfelt thanks to the Trust for their invaluable support, which has significantly bolstered their operational effectiveness.
