Speed Checks Target Cornwall This Week: Police Reveal Focus Areas

Drivers across Cornwall are being urged to stick to the speed limit as the Devon & Cornwall Police Road Safety Team focuses its enforcement efforts in several key areas this week.

Where Police Will Be This Week

The team has confirmed their targeted areas for each day as follows:

• Monday: St Austell/Clays, Plymouth, North Devon, West Devon, Mid Devon, East Devon

• Tuesday: South Hams, North Devon, Exeter, Mid and East Devon, Torbay

• Wednesday: North Cornwall, Plymouth, East Devon, Exeter, Crediton and Tiverton

• Thursday: South East Cornwall, West Devon, Exeter, East Devon, Torbay

• Friday: North Devon, Torbay

• Saturday: Camborne/Redruth, North Devon, Teignbridge

• Sunday: Mid Cornwall/Truro, North Devon, South Hams

Drivers Warned to Stay Alert

Police say there may also be additional enforcement activity in other areas. Motorists are being reminded to drive in accordance with the speed limits wherever they are.
