Bowling for Soup and Frank Turner to Co-Headline 2026 Eden Session

Published On: 21 November 2025Last Updated: 21 November 2025By

Pop punk favourites Bowling for Soup will team up with award-winning singer-songwriter Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls for a huge Eden Session on Sunday, 5th July 2026.

The announcement marks another major moment in the Eden Project’s 25th anniversary celebrations and will be Bowling for Soup’s first ever performance at the Eden Sessions.

Frank Turner will be returning for a fourth time, having previously played at the landmark Biomes in 2012, 2022 and 2024.

Bowling for Soup Make Their Eden Debut

Bowling for Soup formed in 1994 in Wichita Falls, Texas before moving to Denton in 1996. They built their following the long way, travelling in a van and playing anywhere they could.

The UK helped launch them in 2000 when The Bitch Song connected with audiences. From there, the band went global with tracks including Girl All The Bad Guys Want, 1985, Almost and High School Never Ends, along with theme songs for Jimmy Neutron and Phineas and Ferb.

The group recently celebrated 30 years with a sold-out tour across the US, UK and Australia, which also marked 20 years of their album A Hangover You Don’t Deserve.

In early 2025, co-founder and guitarist Chris Burney retired due to ongoing physical and health concerns. Jaret Reddick, Gary Wiseman and Rob Felicetti have continued as a three-piece, saying “you can’t replace a legend.”

They released their single Holding On To That Hate on 30th September 2025, one of the first tracks recorded with the SSL Revival 4000. They will end 2025 with their biggest UK headline show to date at the OVO Arena Wembley in London this December.

Frank Turner Returns to the Biomes

Frank Turner, one of the UK’s most successful artists, moved from fronting hardcore band Million Dead to building a global career in folk-punk-pop. His music tackles themes such as atheism, sexism, excessive drinking and the power of rock and roll.

With over a million albums sold and multiple gold and silver-certified releases, Frank occupies a singular place in British music.

His tenth studio album, Undefeated, released in May 2024, debuted at Number 3 in the Official Album Chart and Number 1 in the Independent Album Chart. The record blends punk, pop, folk and Celtic influences and was recorded at his home studio with support from The Sleeping Souls.

Eden Sessions Celebrate 25 Years

Simon Townsend, Eden Sessions director, said:
“We’re thrilled to welcome both Bowling for Soup and Frank Turner to the Eden Sessions as part of our 25th anniversary celebrations. Bowling for Soup’s first-ever Eden performance, alongside Frank’s triumphant return, promises to be an unforgettable night packed with energy. These are two brilliant live acts and will bring a true celebration of great music to the Eden Sessions.”

Tickets for the show on 5th July 2026 cost £50 plus a £6.50 booking fee and are available through the Eden Sessions website at edensessions.com.

Tickets are on sale now to Inside Track pass-holders, with general sale opening at 3pm on Monday, 1st December 2025.

Today’s announcement follows earlier news that Pixies will return to the Eden Project on Friday, 26th June 2026 for the band’s 40th anniversary. The Maccabees will perform on Saturday, 11th July 2026. Tickets for both shows are already on sale through the Eden Sessions website.

The Eden Project’s partnership with global events company AEG Presents began in 2019 under Eden Sessions Ltd. In January 2025, Volvo Car UK extended its role as Presenting Partner of the Eden Sessions and Official Electric Car Partner of the Eden Project.
