There will be a fantastic range of entertainment and fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
These include spectacular mountain bike stunt shows and family fun in Lemon Quay, together with a free scooter, balance and pedal bike obstacle course for children and exciting static cycle activity for young people to improve their off-road skills organised by Sustrans.
There will also be circus skills sessions, dance performances, inflatables and swing boat rides, family friendly crazy gold, together with street entertainment popping up across the city, including circus performers and live music.
Lemon Quay will also host a selection of market stalls featuring art and craft activities, and games as well as the Royal Cornwall Museum “Rocks Rock stall.
This year, Children’s Day and the Truro Farmers Market will be sharing the event space on Lemon Quay. Residents and visitors will therefore be able to find a slightly smaller Truro Farmers Market at the top end of the Quay outside Hall for Cornwall.
Stalls open from 9am, with activities such as with circus skills and mountain bike stunt shows starting from 10am.
