Newquay Orchard is working with Pollenize CIC to undertake a detailed biodiversity audit or a BioBlitz of our entire site. This means we are trying to understand and map what species we have and where they can be found. We need people to help undertake this task.
Over the coming months, we will run several events and all are welcome to come and take part.
You don’t need to be an expert to take part. If you have a smart-phone, you will be able to photograph, identify and log species using the iNaturalist App. If you don’t own a smart-phone, we can lend you a tablet for the session.
This is a fantastic way to spend time in nature and learn a new skill and maybe se what else is going on at Newquay Orchard.
