Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm Celebrates St. Piran’s Day with Free Entry

In honour of St. Piran’s Day, Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm, is opening its doors to the public for a day of celebration, completely free of charge. On Tuesday, 5th March 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, visitors are invited to experience the best of Cornish culture and tradition at the farm located at TR4 9LW.

The day promises to be a proper Cornish outing with an array of activities and offerings that showcase the rich heritage of the region. “The Perraners,” a beloved local choir, will be performing live, adding to the festive atmosphere with shows slated for 1 PM and 2 PM.

Attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in free tastings of over 60 Healeys products. The Healeys Tasting Room will offer samples of their renowned cyder, along with soft drinks, spirits, wine, and jams, allowing visitors to savour the diverse flavours produced on the farm.

In addition to the tastings, guests can embark on a free self-guided tour of Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm. The tour includes visits to Kay’s Cyderhouse, the production halls, and the cyder museum, providing insight into the production process and history of cyder making at the farm.

The celebration would not be complete without the quintessential Cornish cyder and pasties, which will also be available, ensuring a truly Cornish experience for all who attend.
