Sharp’s Continues Support for Affordable Summer Music Series at The Wyldes

Published On: 29 July 2025Last Updated: 29 July 2025By

This summer, Sharp’s Brewing Co is once again teaming up with The Wyldes near Bude, supporting a brand-new series of budget-friendly music events known as Rewylding 2025. The series, designed to offer an intimate live music experience, is already making waves with sell-out crowds, a unique Sharp’s beach hut, and a quirky free photobooth for capturing memories.

A New Festival Feel at The Wyldes

Rewylding is The Wyldes’ fresh concept for 2025, bringing a mix of new music, emerging artists and returning favourites to the outdoor venue’s original Second Stage. Unlike previous large-scale concerts, this summer’s events are deliberately smaller, more relaxed, and most notably, more affordable — at just £20 per adult ticket.

Each Rewylding event is themed and packed with live music and atmosphere. The series began on 7th June with the sold-out Hot Tropics, headlined by legendary DJ and producer Danny Rampling. That was followed by the Solstice Gathering on 21st June, a celebration of midsummer’s longest day with seasonal feasting and folk-fuelled sounds.

The upcoming Crash The Stage on Saturday 2nd August is set to be a loud and lively affair, showcasing genre-bending acts and up-and-coming bands. Then comes Pop Summer Party on 9th August, Freedom Sounds on 16th August, and Digital Disco in September — a finale packed with digital grooves, funk remixes and bass-fuelled blends. Dinkie’s Tiny Nightclub will also return for the after-dark disco crowd.

Sharp’s Brings the Beach Hut and Photobooth

Sharp’s Brewing Co, based in Rock, has been a long-term supporter of The Wyldes since 2016. New for this year is the Sharp’s Wyldes Beach Hut, a permanent chill-out spot with the best views in the valley. Alongside it is a specially commissioned photobooth designed by Matthew Hawkey of Hevva Booth in Newquay. Modelled on festival roadie flight cases and inspired by Berlin’s Photoautomats, the booth is free to use during the first event of each month, offering print strips while stocks last or quick sharing on social media.

Nick White, Brand Activation Manager at Sharp’s Brewing Co, said:

“The Wyldes is a unique venue that brings the best of live music right here to Cornwall, and we’re loving the recreation with the Rewylding Series with its back to roots mentality and affordable ticket prices. All the events this year have been so brilliant. Our whole team adores this wooded valley setting, with stages built up from the land and recycled materials, and it’s so close to the North Cornish Coast which has inspired so many of our beers and our cider. Sharp’s has been proud to be able to do our bit as a long-term supporter and friend of this annual series of incredible events, and are especially pleased to continue to do so in this challenging year for everyone on the circuit.”

The Wyldes team added:

“We’re so proud to partner with Sharp’s Brewing Co again this year – they’re always coming up with new and exciting ways for people to enjoy their drinks at our events. Our party-goers are already absolutely loving the addition of the Sharp’s Photobooth and the beach hut, as well as this year’s premium selection of drinks from Sharp’s on tap at our bar.”

Music, Camping and Cider in the Cornish Countryside

Alongside the tunes, guests can enjoy Sharp’s beers and cider from the main bar including Offshore Pilsner, Atlantic Pale Ale, Cold River Cider, Doom Bar Zero and Twin Coast Session Pale Ale. Camping and glamping options are available at reduced rates for those wanting to turn their evening into a weekend getaway.

While The Wyldes’ larger Live in The Wyldes events take a break this year to let the site rest, they are expected to return in 2026.

Tickets are on sale now via www.thewyldescornwall.com for £20 per adult. For more on Sharp’s Brewing Co and their upcoming event appearances, including The Big Feastival, All Points East Festival, Looe Food and Drink Festival and the Padstow to Rock Swim, head to www.sharpsbrewery.co.uk.
