Free Dance, Yoga and Craft Sessions for Children in Falmouth This Summer

Children in Falmouth can enjoy a series of fun-packed days combining dance, yoga, arts and crafts, healthy meals and guided relaxation at Bosvale Community Centre this summer.

The sessions, open to ages 6–12 of all abilities, are designed to boost confidence, encourage creativity and promote well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

What to Expect

Mornings start with themed dance routines, active games and movement activities to build coordination, teamwork and self-assurance.

After a nutritious cooked lunch, children take part in mindful arts and crafts sessions, encouraging self-expression and creativity with activities they can take home.

The day ends with a soothing guided relaxation, helping children recharge, unwind and develop emotional resilience.

Free fully funded places are available for children eligible for Free School Meals, with a limited number of paid spaces at £25 per day.

Meals include a variety of child-friendly dishes such as spaghetti with meatballs, Thai chicken curry, roast with Yorkshire pudding, pizza, chicken burgers, fish fingers and jacket potatoes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available with pre-order.
