Mindbodydance & Yoga Launches ALIGN Online Programme for Women

A Cornwall-based wellbeing business is launching a new four-month online programme designed to help women slow down, reconnect and make self-care a non-negotiable part of everyday life.

Created by Mindbodydance & Yoga, which is based at MBD Studio in Wadebridge, ALIGN begins in February 2026 and is open to women of all ages. The programme runs entirely online, allowing women to take part from anywhere while moving through the journey together as part of a small, supportive group.

A Four-Month Online Journey

ALIGN is designed to help women feel more aligned in both body and mind, with an emphasis on creating intentional and sustainable self-care habits. The journey combines movement, mindfulness and reflection, with short daily practices that can fit around busy lives.

Participants follow weekly themes covering posture, mobility, strength, rest, self-compassion and emotional wellbeing. There is also a strong focus on reconnecting with nature and natural cycles, helping women better understand their own energy, rhythms and needs.

Flexible Sessions Designed for Real Life

The programme includes access to a growing online library of more than 40 guided sessions. These range from strength and conditioning and low-impact HIIT to yoga, somatic movement, meditation and deep rest. Most sessions last between 10 and 30 minutes, making them realistic to follow alongside work, family and other commitments.

Women are guided through short daily sessions at home, with all resources downloadable and theirs to keep.

Connection at the Heart of ALIGN

Although ALIGN is delivered online, connection is a central part of the experience. Women take part as a group, with optional monthly online check-ins and the option to connect through a WhatsApp group for encouragement and accountability.

The journey opens with an online intention-setting ceremony on Sunday 1st February 2026 and closes with an in-person gathering in Cornwall in June. Preparatory materials are provided at the end of January.

Cost and Booking Details

The four-month journey costs £250 when paid in full, or £70 per month.

Lisa Stephens, founder of Mindbodydance & Yoga, said:

“Women hold our communities and families together but often at the cost of self care – ALIGN is about coming back to yourself and carving out time for you.”

She added:

“In my job I see so many women are pushing through, putting themselves last and ignoring what their bodies are trying to tell them. This journey is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and build strength, ease and self-trust in a much kinder, more sustainable way. You don’t need hours each day – just a little consistent time that’s truly yours and creates longevity.”

Lisa also said:

“By the end of the four months, my hope is that every woman on this journey will feel more connected, grounded and confident in her body and mind. ALIGN isn’t about perfection or pushing harder – it’s about creating a daily practice that nourishes your whole self and carrying that sense of ease and self-trust into your everyday life.”

ALIGN is suitable for women of any age looking for a stronger, more mobile body, greater self-awareness and a deeper sense of balance.
