Auctioneer David Henwood described the lot as a “rare opportunity” to acquire a property of this nature in Penzance.

“The sellers have told us that all items within the lot are included in the sale,” David said. “The property was previously the subject of a planning application for continued use as a holiday let, which was refused in 2023. Information related to the appeal of this decision will be included in the legal documents for the property.”
