Knife Point Robbery in Indian Queens: Police Appealing for Witnesses
Detectives are asking for witnesses after a delivery driver was robbed at knife point in Indian Queens on Wednesday 12th November.
What Happened
Police say the incident took place at around 9pm on Pocohontas Crescent. Two masked men threatened the delivery driver with a knife and demanded his food bag, which held pizza, kebab and a cheeseburger meal. They also took £6.50 from the cash float.
The pair then ran from the scene. The victim was not physically harmed and was able to get help before reporting the robbery.
Police Enquiries Underway
Officers are now carrying out house to house enquiries and reviewing local CCTV in an effort to identify the suspects, both described as male and wearing dark clothing.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to contact police via the Devon and Cornwall Police website or by calling 101, quoting reference 50250291942.
