Man in His 20s Dies in A388 Collision at Treburley

A man in his 20s has died following a single-car collision on the A388 at Treburley, near Launceston, in the early hours of Sunday 10th August.

Early Morning Call-Out

Emergency services were called at 3.30am after a black Audi A3 left the road. The driver, from the Launceston area, was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

Road Closure and Investigation

The A388 remained closed for more than nine hours while specialist forensic investigators worked at the scene. Roads policing officers are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.

Appeal for Witnesses

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to get in touch.
