Coodes Solicitors’ New Liskeard Office – Better Facilities, Same Trusted Service

Coodes Solicitors has officially opened its new office in Liskeard, relocating to The Workshed as part of the town’s redeveloped Cattle Market. The move marks a significant shift for the firm, which has been serving Liskeard’s business community for nearly 40 years.

A New Chapter in Liskeard

The new offices at The Workshed offer fully accessible facilities, including level access, lifts, and convenient parking, making legal services more accessible to clients. The firm’s relocation from Windsor Place aligns with its commitment to maintaining a strong presence in Cornwall and Devon.

Peter Lamble, Chair and Partner at Coodes Solicitors, described the move as “an important milestone” for the firm. Coodes originally established its Liskeard office in 1987 through the acquisition of a small local practice. Since then, it has grown into the town’s largest legal firm, playing a key role in South East Cornwall and neighbouring parts of Devon.
